Maple Syrup: A Part of Our Shared Heritage

Perhaps it’s just a coincidence that the National Archives of the United States chose to feature this photo as part of the “Today’s Document” series:

And that maple syrup is a key character in one of those infamous Canadian Heritage Minutes:

Maybe we’re all just bonkers for maple syrup.
